Discovering the beauties of the Himalayas and Buddhism in Annapurna - Nepal

An experience created to measure by the Base Camp Trek agency and Marie Milla over the years since 2016, a highly transformative human adventure in connection with the living that continues today thanks to the participation of yoga teachers, coaches and guides who offer to take you there in turn.
Caroline will be your guide in the fall of 2025. Her little words following the trek she completed in 2024:
“A sacred land imbued with magic, colours and spirituality, Nepal embraced me, bewitched me, amazed me... The breathtaking beauty of its majestic peaks, temples and pagodas with chiselled contours, celebrated and worshipped deities, unspoiled and preserved nature, enchanted forests and waterfalls, Nepal fascinated me with its jewels and authenticity... But what touched me the most in the depths of my heart was the kindness and warm welcome of the Nepalese people. They carry within them a powerful force and a great inner serenity.

In a few words...

A unique journey, a life-changing experience awaits you during this stay that combines an 8-day itinerary off the beaten track in the heart of the Himalayas and the discovery of monasteries and must-see places in the Kathmandu Valley.

You will walk consciously (5-6 hours per day) to meet the jewels of
Annapurna, and against a backdrop of Buddhist wisdom you will feel this energy of the heart that
characterizes Buddhist monks and mountain dwellers.

You will gently dive into your inner self and connect to your body during the yoga, meditation and sound therapy practices offered by Caroline throughout the journey. The practice of silent walking is recommended to enjoy the experience fully.

The level of walking is moderate, does not require technical skills or represent any particular danger (no passages on ridges, passes or climbing). But we remind you that it is nevertheless a high mountain trek, the days are characterized by significant positive elevation changes that can be intense for a beginner in hiking (uphill walking, corresponding to the sequence of ascents and descents of several ten-story buildings). Walking, and this trek is accessible to all, nevertheless it is a high mountain route, it is imperative to have good general physical condition, good cardio and good determination.

The group will be supervised by a French-speaking Nepalese guide and his team of assistants and porters and the logistical and regulatory organization is entirely managed by Evaneos / Base Camp Trek which organizes the trip. For any questions about the trek program, the circuit, the reservation or the organization: info@basecamptrek.com. (or skype: basecamp).
