It is considered by many hikers the most beautiful trek in Nepal. The great Annapurna circuit offers an exceptional 360° on the Annapurna range.
Our itinerary strolls through layers of tropical vegetation, crops and forests to the bare pastures of the high valleys. Traditional villages are scattered on our way and, in the distance, gongs echoes from the Buddhist temple. During our trek, we discover the life of people with ancestral customs.
Gradually, as we gain altitude, we enter the high mountains universe, in the shade of glaciers, under the gaze of the Annapurna goddess, and cross the Thorong La Pass perched at 5400 m. Throughout our hike, a series of mythical peaks will unfold. An immutable setting: Manaslu, Annapurna, Dhaulagiri ... Everything here is awesome!
- Crossing the Thorong La Pass
- The variety of landscapes and ethnic groups
- The Tilicho Lake, the highest glacial lake, at over 4900 m.
- The rhododendron forests and the view of Poon Hill
