The trails take you through lush forests, terraced fields, quaint villages, and rugged mountain paths, often with breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Nepal's diverse landscape provides varying difficulty levels suitable for beginners and seasoned runners.

Popular routes:
Kathmandu Valley: A popular starting point for many cycling adventures. The trails around Kathmandu offer a mix of cultural sites and stunning scenery, with routes like Shivapuri National Park offering challenging climbs and thrilling descents.
