This 15-day trip to Nepal, guided by Delphine Duguet in collaboration with Base Camp Trek, offers a unique immersion combining trekking, yoga, and spiritual discovery. The journey begins in Kathmandu with the exploration of major cultural sites (Swayambhunath and the Buddhist immersion around Boudhanath) and time for yoga and meditation practice. The route then continues to Pokhara, gateway to the magnificent Annapurna region. You will embark on an 8-day trek of moderate difficulty through pristine Himalayan trails, lush rhododendron forests, and traditional villages. Each day alternates between mindful walking, spectacular panoramas of snow-capped peaks (notably from the viewpoints of Moharé Danda and Muldaï at 3,637 m), and daily rituals of Hatha Chakra Yoga, pranayama, and sharing circles. The trip concludes with well-deserved relaxation in natural hot springs at Jhinu Danda, a sound bath in Pokhara, and moments of spiritual reflection in Kathmandu before returning home.

Highlights

  • Holistic approach: Enjoy a daily practice of Hatha Chakra Yoga, meditation, pranayama, and sound baths led by Delphine Duguet.

  • Scenic Himalayan trek: Embark on 8 days of progressive hiking across the Annapurna ridges with exceptional panoramic views of the peaks.

You will then be transferred to the vibrant Thamel district, where you will stay in a 3-star hotel. After settling into your rooms, you will have free time to relax and get acquainted with your surroundings. We will then hold an opening circle to get to know each other, followed by an oracle reading, a first glimpse into the spirit of the journey.
