5Stage 2: Kharikhola (2020 m) – Kari La (3145 m) – Chutok La (2945 m) – Phakding (2610 m)

6Stage 3: Phakding (2610 m) – Kongde (4130 m) – Thame (3820 m)
23 km, +3380m, -2170 m. Night in Lodge
7Stage 4. Acclimatization day and walk: Thame (3820 m) – Lumde (4370 m).

8Stage 5: Lumde (4370 m) – Renjo La (5360 m) – Gokyo Lake (4760 m)

10Stage 7: Dughla (4,620 m) - Lobuche (4,930 m) - Kala Patthar (5,550 m) - Old Everest BC (5,364 m) - Lobuche (4,930 m)
18 km, +1,300 m, -1,300 m. Lodge.
Stop and go in Lobuche to lighten the load. Night in Lodge.
11Stage 8: Lobuche (4,930 m) – Kongma La (5,535 m) – Chhukhung (4,730 m)
11 km, +1020, -200 m. Night in Lodge.
Preparation for climbers for the ascent of Imje Tse (Island Peak, 6189 m).
12Ascent of Imje Tse (Island Peak, 6,189 m). Climbers depart from Chhukhung (4,730 m). Riders ascend to Chhukhung Ri (5,550 m) and Chhukhung Peak (5,833 m).
Night in Lodge or Tented Camp.
13Safety day for the Alpinists, rest or hike to Amphu Labsta (5845 m) for the runners.
14Stage 9. Finish Line: Chhukhung (4730 m) – Tengboche (3860 m) – Namche (3440 m).
25 km, +1240 m, -2530 m.
In option: Amadablam BC (4700 m)  from Dingboche (4410 m): +6 km (+/-350 m).
Awards ceremony and gala dinner at Namche.
